Canadian orders over $75.00 will be shipped prepaid - US orders over $150.00 will be shipped prepaid. Some restrictions apply.
We have negotiated very competitive rates with Canada Post and UPS for shipping within Canada and the United States If you would rather use a shipper of your choice put that information in the ‘Comment’ box at the check out stage. Your order will be shipped to you freight collect.
Canada Post Expedited Service – Customers in major centres should receive their order within 2-7 business days depending on the location
Canada Post Xpress Post – Customers in major centres should receive their order within 1-3 business days depending on the location
UPS shipments will be shipped Standard Service and the rates will be based on the 7 zones that UPS uses for delivery.
There are certain products that cannot be shipped according to our standard shipping schedules. These products include all furniture and equipment like easels and drawing tables, all board products like matboards and foamboards and inkjet and plotter media. When you order any products from the above categories a customer service representative will contact you and advise you of the shipping costs. Feel free to contact us prior to ordering if you require further information.
Vancouver Island & Greater Vancouver – orders over $250 will be shipped prepaid, order under $250 will be shipped ‘prepaid and charged’ which means schools will be billed the amount of the shipping on their invoice. Mainland, BC & Other Provinces – Orders over $500 will be shipped prepaid, order under $500 will be shipped ‘prepaid and charged’ which means schools will be billed the amount of the shipping on their invoice.
Island Blue is located in Canada and all orders regardless of destination will be billed in Canadian dollars. Customers ordering from the United States will have their orders converted to their currency by their credit card company.
If you are not happy with any item you have received from Island Blue, you can return it to us. Please contact our customer order desk or email us with the details of the return and we will advise you how to send it back to us.
We make every attempt to fill all orders 100% but occasionally we are out of stock of an item. If you will accept a backorder please advise us in the ‘Comment’ section of the check out. All backorders under $5.00 will be cancelled automatically.
